About our Payment
They are the following: • Cash to the driver • Credit/Debit/Prepaid card (MasterCard, Visa,) or any other credit card, to the driver. • PayPal.
Our transfer prices are per vehicle and include the driver hiring and VAT.
If your luggage is, more than one vehicle can carry, you may ask for a second vehicle, and you will be charged accordingly.
There is an extra charge of 15 euros for transfers between 00:00am and 05:00 am.
Yes, the minimum charge is 20 euros.
About your Reservation
You can make your reservation using the Online Booking form.
You will receive a “confirmation e-mail” from us with your booking details and a TRANSFER-VOUCHER form. You should print it as our driver will ask for it.
For Athens bookings, you must make your reservation at least 10 hours in advance. For transfers outside Attika at least 1 day before.
Usually no. Bestaxi vehicles are only available prebooked and always stick to their schedule. One way or the other contact us and we will do our best to serve you.
Of course you can. Make your booking, tell us what you want and we will inform you about everything.
Of course you can. To ensure vehicle availability – if you have the day/time of return, then it is much better to make your return booking at the same time you make the initial booking.

Unfortunately, this is not allowed for security reasons even if the 5th person is a baby.
Our driver will hold a sign with your name on, so you it will be easy to spot him. Of course, our driver will have your phone number in any case of emergency.
You don’t worry for that kind of mishaps, since you are not responsible for them. Our driver will be there waiting for you and take you to your destination . The only case you might have a possible extra charge, is if your arrival arrives between 00:00 to 05:00.
Family and Safety
Of course, Bestaxi provides Child Seats for babies/children safety in all of its vehicles. Do not forget to inform us about the age of your child during the booking procedure, in order for our driver to bring the appropriate ISOFIX Child Seat.
